FairPlay has been running since 2017, building a betting and casino platform specifically for players in India rather than adapting one designed for somewhere else.
What that means in practice
- Cricket is the main sport, not a side category. The depth of the cricket book — session lines, ball-by-ball markets, tournament outrights — reflects where the interest actually is.
- Payments work in rupees. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay and bank transfer, with no conversion step between your bank and your balance.
- Support runs on Indian hours. Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day in English and Hindi, so a problem at 11pm during a match is not waiting for an office in another time zone to open.
- One account, one balance. Sportsbook, exchange and casino share a wallet, with no internal transfers.
Licensing
FairPlay operates under Curaçao gaming licence 365/JAZ. That licence sets conditions on age verification, fund handling, game fairness testing and responsible gaming tools, and we are audited against them.
India has no single national licence for online betting. Regulation sits with individual states, and several restrict or prohibit online gaming outright. It is each player’s responsibility to know what applies where they live before opening an account.
How we handle money and fairness
- Payment data is processed by the payment providers rather than stored on our servers.
- RNG games are tested by independent laboratories, and published RTP figures come from those tests.
- Crash games use provably fair rounds that you can verify after the fact.
- Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal, as the licence conditions demand.
Responsible gaming
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are all available in Account Settings and take effect as soon as they are confirmed. Reductions apply immediately; increases carry a deliberate waiting period. See Responsible Gaming for the full set of tools.
